Yes, I’m only running a 5K this coming Sunday morning, but I’m going to pretend I need to carb-load for that and allow myself my absolute favorite pre-race tradition in devouring THIS from Noodles & Co!
I haven’t enjoyed this dish since May 18th as the night before the Fargo Half Marathon. I’m going to give myself a present for all the hell I’ve been through these past several months with my dumb tibia and eat myself into oblivion and just pretend it will help me run my 5K better the next morning.
